What you will do
- Ensure operational continuity of NetApp systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Execute centralized deployment services and manage customer tickets professionally.
- Respond to system alerts and customer change requests while providing monthly activity reports.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and point of contact for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and NetApp support to maintain high-quality customer experience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24x7 service continuity.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent training in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in NetApp product support and administration.
- Strong background in storage infrastructure platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Must be based in Portugal.
Nice to have
- Understanding of ITIL and/or Agile methodologies.
