What you will do

  • Troubleshoot backup, replication, restore, and storage issues in virtualized, cloud, and SaaS environments
  • Analyze logs and identify root causes of failures across VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365
  • Support customers with networking, permissions, data lifecycle management, and compliance scenarios
  • Collaborate with global engineering and product teams on complex real-world customer environments
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced, ticket-driven support model

Requirements

  • Hybrid work in San José, Costa Rica; standard business hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset with experience in Windows/Linux environments
  • Customer-facing communication skills (English required)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Specialization in one or more: virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), object storage (S3), public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Microsoft 365
