What you will do

  • Provide post-sales technical support for hirify.global products via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues by replicating environments.
  • Manage the full case lifecycle, ensuring transparency and proactive communication with customers.
  • Support MDM/EMM solutions, diagnosing application issues and sharing best-practice guidance.
  • Leverage virtualization, cloud platforms, and mobile devices to validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team by creating JIRA tickets for bug reports and product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing IT role.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, protocols, subnetting).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and virtualization/cloud environments (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure).
  • Bilingual proficiency: Native Japanese and professional English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MDM/EMM/UEM solutions.
  • Experience with SSO / Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Ping).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI.
