What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain systems for mining software engineering data for Reinforcement Learning and other training types.
• Create GenAI-powered workflow tools, including conversational diagnostic agents and automated quality assessment systems.
• Architect judge pipelines and develop evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and domain experts to bridge technology and operations.
• Define strategy and use spec-driven development with coding agents to deliver training data to the modeling team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in programming and leading system design or architecture (reliability and scaling).
• Experience acting as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
