Salary: $105,700 - $149,275

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance Generative AI solutions to improve SDLC workflows such as code transformation, testing, and automation.
• Work with agentic AI frameworks like Claude Code, LangChain, and Strands to implement agent-based orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise developer tools including Git-based platforms and CI/CD systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify impactful AI use cases within the SDLC.
• Apply strong software engineering practices to AI-enabled systems including testing and observability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong software engineering experience with modern backend technologies, preferably Java and Spring/Springboot.
• Proven experience applying Generative AI and agentic AI systems in software engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and secure system integrations.
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated code and automation outputs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing full-stack systems with Java frameworks.
• Experience with code modernization and large-scale refactoring.
• Familiarity with evaluation techniques for LLM or agent performance.
• Experience building internal developer tools or automation platforms.
• Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS.
