What you will do
- Provide technical support via email, chat, and community regarding IaC best practices and DevOps concepts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure deployments, configuration management, and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to identify and resolve technical and business bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with trends in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, K8s) and IaC technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide essential after-hours support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field with a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code and DevOps.
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as , Terraform, Cloudformation, or CDK.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to author maintainable code in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom or Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-powered support tools (LLMs, AI agents, or copilots) for troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or CKA.
