What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration of critical fraud controls, including Face Auth liveness detection and the Fraud Risk Engine.
• Develop systems that enable operations teams to respond to user reports and enforce actions across the entire technology stack.
• Manage SDK/API integrations with external providers and implement platform-specific misuse prevention for Android and iOS.
• Partner with data and risk analytics teams to identify false positives and refine system rules.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve the user experience for those interacting with fraud and safety systems.
• Implement strict access controls, data retention policies, and minimize the collection of user data.

Requirements

• Strong technical architecture skills across both backend and mobile platforms.
• Ability to adopt an adversarial mindset to identify and prevent system circumvention.
• Experience in cross-functional work, prioritizing, and self-organizing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute individually across the stack.
• Must be based in the US (specifically CA for the stated compensation).

Nice to have

• Experience in security, fraud, trust & safety, or related domains.
• Comfort with mobile development logic in Android and iOS applications.
• Data analysis and engineering experience to quantify the impact of fraud controls.
