What you will do

• Build and maintain an integrated data layer across commercial systems like Stripe, Attio, and Supabase.
• Design and implement backend services and automations to streamline pipeline management and deal acceleration.
• Instrument key product touchpoints to ensure accurate data tracking in analytics tools like PostHog and Mixpanel.
• Develop internal AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to reduce manual work for sales and customer success teams.
• Partner with Growth and RevOps to define data models and pipeline logic for campaign targeting and attribution.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with a backend engineering focus.
• Experience integrating business-critical tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with analytics and data tooling like PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, or Amplitude.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience as a software engineer with exposure to growth or sales teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ETL processes, data synchronization, or workflow automation.
