What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Build Acceleration, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Collaborate on AI integration, leveraging Develocity data for AI-driven capabilities and staying ahead of LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Gather, prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translate into functional specs, and make pragmatic roadmap decisions.
• Partner closely with engineering on development and deployment, focusing on why, what, and how.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with sales/marketing, create presales materials, and support customer adoption.
• Evangelize products externally, engage communities, and track industry trends in Build Acceleration.

Requirements

• Deep practical domain knowledge of Build Acceleration.
• Extensive B2B product management experience with proven strategy, roadmap, and delivery track record.
• Prior software engineering experience or computer science degree.
• Expertise in pragmatic product roadmaps, CI/CD, DevOps, build tools (Java, JavaScript, Python), and observability tooling (Datadog, Splunk, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions, and outstanding communication across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling.
• Domain knowledge of caching technology and Build Acceleration mechanisms.
