What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify AI use cases like workflow automation, copilots, knowledge retrieval, and intelligent routing.
• Design technical architectures translating business needs into scalable AI solutions with data flows, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Build AI agentic solutions using planner-executor patterns, LangChain/LangGraph, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Integrate solutions into enterprise apps, CRM/ERP systems, collaboration tools; define guardrails for security, PII, and compliance.
• Deploy via cloud-native patterns (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Copilot Studio), monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud AI services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, or LLMs.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio for custom workflows, connectors, and integrations.
• Python for AI development, orchestration, and integrations.
• Building LLM apps: prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Solution Architect/Lead/Senior Engineer experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• AWS or major cloud platform (networking, IAM, containers, serverless).
• Legal work authorization in Canada; no sponsorship.
