Salary: $110,000 – $128,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Develop strategic planning frameworks and models to align manufacturing and procurement plans with cost and inventory objectives.
- Lead scenario planning for production capacity and material availability to support business changes, launches, and peak season requirements.
- Analyze supply continuity risks, including lead time shifts and component shortages, and recommend practical contingency plans.
- Build and monitor planning metrics and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track capacity utilization and supply performance.
- Lead strategic projects related to sourcing transitions, manufacturing footprint changes, and working capital improvement.
- Prepare clear insights and decision-ready materials for senior leadership and cross-functional planning forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, strategic planning, or manufacturing planning.
- Experience supporting both manufacturing and procurement in a complex, global business environment.
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into concise executive-level communication.
- Must be based in El Segundo, California.
Nice to have
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- APICS, ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certifications.
- Experience in consumer products or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience leading or coaching analytical talent.
