Sr. Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, developing high-quality stable software based on customer, business, and technical requirements
• Partner with product and machine learning teams to develop and execute technical strategy for rapid platform scaling
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager on scoping, prioritization, and achieving highest-impact goals
• Lead improvements to systems, processes, and overall health within Product Engineering
• Contribute to agile rituals including sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog refinement
• Foster collaboration through pair programming, code reviews, and delivering solutions aligned with values of fairness, quality, and trust

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience at companies of any size or industry
• Experience building fullstack web applications end-to-end and explaining each part's role
• Experience with Typescript, NextJS, NestJS, and MongoDB
• Significant exposure to cloud platforms, primarily GCP and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across written and live interactions
• Open-mindedness, ability to consider perspectives, adapt opinions, and continuously learn
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical experts and broader audiences
