What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs with a focus on performance and security.
• Build data-intensive backend processes, including complex queries, aggregations, and third-party integrations.
• Develop React and Next.js frontend interfaces for dashboards, tables, and visualizations.
• Implement GraphQL and REST APIs to ensure efficient data handling and seamless frontend integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship product features across the full stack.
• Maintain high code quality through clean, well-tested code and Kanban workflow management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack development with a backend-first mindset.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, and cloud-native environments (AWS Lambda, ElastiCache).
• Solid experience with React, Next.js, and building data-heavy interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Supabase, and SQL query optimization.
• Advanced English proficiency for working with US-based stakeholders.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience with AgGrid or similar data grid libraries.
• Familiarity with authentication tools like Microsoft Entra.
