What you will do

• Assemble participant collection kits and manage the end-to-end send-out and fulfillment process.
• Operate automated and manual shipping workflows, including barcode printing and package staging.
• Track inventory levels and support the return of biological samples to collaborators.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control policies, documenting all calibrations and maintenance.
• Identify and report problems affecting test performance to supervisors.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-complexity test accuracy.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Biology or Chemistry.
• Strong knowledge of primary biological and laboratory science principles.
• Recent laboratory experience (within the last year) using pipettes and centrifuges.
• Proficiency with Windows/Mac environments and databases.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and repetitive environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with laboratory automation.
• Prior experience with statistical analysis.
• Data accessioning experience.
