What you will do

• Lead visionary craft and innovation in mouse design, solving complex ergonomic and usability challenges.
• Shape long-term design strategy in partnership with senior leadership, aligning with business objectives and trends.
• Manage key design processes from brief through production, ensuring unrelenting quality and detail.
• Mentor designers and foster a culture of curiosity and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive design quality across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Industrial Design with portfolio of high-volume consumer hardware products.
• Exceptional hands-on skills in sketching, physical prototyping, anthropometrics, and ergonomics for handheld devices.
• Expert 3D CAD proficiency (Rhino, SolidWorks, Alias, Fusion, or Creo) with Class-A surfacing and file exchange.
• Expertise in CMF, Design for Manufacturing, and EVT/DVT/PVT processes.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into ideation workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or related field.
