UX Researcher (Health Tech)

TL;DR

UX Researcher (Health Tech): Conducting mixed-methods research to inform digital product experiences for healthcare users with an accent on user insights, discovery, and evaluation. Focus on developing research plans, sharing actionable findings, and influencing product decisions through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Sandyford office, Dublin, Ireland. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

What you will do

• Develop research plans including objectives, screeners, guides, recruiting, and timelines.
• Share findings with product, design, and executive teams to support decisions.
• Provide project updates on status, blockers, and open questions.
• Recommend research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals.
• Forecast and prioritize research needs with Product Managers.
• Represent user voice in cross-functional initiatives and build organizational empathy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries
• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Portfolio showing past research work and deliverables
• Experience with UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, Miro or Whiteboard
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable using AI tools in research workflow
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or medical devices
• Experience researching hardware/physical products
