What you will do

• Own and evolve metered billing infrastructure, driving architectural decisions for reliability, scale, and velocity.
• Work across full stack including backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences.
• Develop testing plans, define success metrics, integrate customer feedback, and ensure security/compliance.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback, and leading practices; use AI tools like hirify.global Copilot.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders on technical problems and design.
• Participate in on-call, lead incident response, and drive reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 9+ years in Software Engineering (or equivalent with degree: 8+/7+/5+/3+ years) with production experience in languages like C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, Python.
• Demonstrated experience designing/operating services on cloud platforms like Azure, including infrastructure and deployment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (inferred from location and EEO statement).

• Hands-on with Go services at scale.
