What you will do

• Translate design standards into robust code-based systems that AI agents and prototyping tools can reliably utilize.
• Collaborate with the product design team to reimagine interfaces for a conversational and agentic AI-native world.
• Own the bridge between design and code by shipping production PRs and keeping systems in sync.
• Build infrastructure and workflows that enable high-fidelity prototyping without engineering bottlenecks.
• Establish and model a high craft bar through the quality of shipped production code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design engineering, UX engineering, or related hybrid roles.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks including React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Deep experience building and scaling design systems.
• Strong design sensibility with a focus on craft, consistency, and interaction quality.
• Fluency in emerging AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or building complex data visualizations.
• Background in brand or product design.
• Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, ARIA).
• Experience in product analytics or developer-focused product environments.
