Location: Hybrid required in Charlotte, NC. Remote is NOT an option.

What you will do

• Design and document enterprise GenAI architectures across multiple initiatives
• Build and support AI workflows with LLMs, agentic orchestration, and integrations
• Partner with engineering, security, risk, and business teams for alignment
• Conduct rapid sprints, iterate on prototypes, and define state architectures
• Create diagrams, integration patterns, and technical documentation
• Integrate AI with APIs, data pipelines, cloud environments, and enterprise systems

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment; NO C2C
• Strong experience in Solution/Enterprise/AI Architecture
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, Python development
• AI integrations, agentic workflows, LangChain/LangGraph or similar
• RAG concepts, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Architecture documentation and diagramming (Visio/Lucidchart/Draw.io)
• Excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders

• OpenAI/Anthropic integrations, AI governance/observability
