What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients experiencing midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide virtual nutrition care via text, app messaging, phone, and video to support lifestyle changes and wellbeing
• Work with patients in multi-week programs to improve symptoms and sustain behavior changes for perimenopause
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation following clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• National certification as RD or RDN with license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 3 years experience in evidence-based nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome, weight loss/body composition, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health (bloating, IBS, elimination diets), plant-forward/plant-based and anti-inflammatory diets
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
