What you will do

• Conduct patient consultations for weight loss eligibility via asynchronous, telephone, and video channels.
• Assess patient medical history, BMI, comorbidities, and contraindications.
• Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) according to EMA guidelines and clinical protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including dose titration schedules.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and report patient safety incidents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team based in the UK.

Requirements

• Active right to practice medicine (PWZ) in Poland.
• Independent prescribing rights in Poland.
• Experience or comfort working in a telemedicine/digital health environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a patient caseload.

Nice to have

• Experience in obesity treatment or GLP-1 prescribing.
• Specialization in endocrinology, diabetology, internal medicine, or family medicine.
• Certification from the Polish Association for the Treatment of Obesity.
