What you will do

• Partner with copywriters to design and execute concept and layout for cross-channel advertising initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts that deliver client messages in a persuasive and unexpected manner.
• Collaborate with Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support projects through all phases, from initial ideation through to final production.
• Assist creative leaders with the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
• Integrate global creative trends, pop culture, and technological advancements into campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of industry experience in a well-established creative role.
• Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant category experience.
• Proven experience working across all advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AI Tools, or similar design software.
• Solid verbal communication and excellent written and presentation skills.
• Must be based in New York and available for required in-office days.
