What you will do

• Assess products for reliability, stability, and serviceability during the development phase.
• Develop and test system diagnostics and spec validation for cutting-edge semiconductor tools.
• Act as a technical conduit between design engineers, manufacturing, and field service teams.
• Analyze data from remote customer sites to identify and resolve complex technical and process issues.
• Create technical service procedures and training materials, including VR, AR, and video tutorials.
• Provide expert on-site or remote technical assistance to resolve highly technical system performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.
• Strong experience working with high-vacuum systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting expertise with electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency with software simulation tools and strong data analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Background in developing remote technical training using virtual or augmented reality.
• Proven track record in conducting reliability and cost analysis to support equipment improvement.
