What you will do
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmap for the Crisis Management product line, aligning with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and inform product positioning.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa for stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through post-launch evaluation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a direct management role.
- Proven ability to deliver effective technological solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Must be located within 45 miles of an office in Dallas, Austin, Hoboken, Ottawa, or Toronto.
- Crisis response experience is strongly desired.
