What you will do

• Lead early-stage technical engagement to establish customer trust and synthesize complex technical requirements.
• Develop conceptual end-to-end solution architectures and define system-level performance targets and interfaces.
• Design and execute rapid experiments and analyses to validate solution concepts and reduce technical risk.
• Act as the technical integrator across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls engineering disciplines.
• Guide the transition from conceptual architecture to prototype-ready designs and ensure effective technical handoff.
• Communicate technical progress and validation results to customers and develop detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or complex technical product development.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into system-level technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical efforts.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Boxborough, MA, United States.
