What you will do

• Own and evolve the cloud substrate, including compute layer, EKS fleet, networking, and operations across AWS and GCP.
• Design and maintain the networking fabric to ensure reliability, security, and scalability across cloud environments.
• Build and enforce security guardrails around IAM, SCPs, and scoping permissions.
• Drive FinOps across the cloud footprint, owning cost attribution and right-sizing recommendations.
• Develop AI-powered automation for policy-as-code, drift detection, and LLM-assisted runbook generation.
• Partner with infra teams on instance selection and capacity planning to optimize application performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with high availability.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and cloud operations.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, autoscaling, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with Karpenter, cluster autoscaler, or other Kubernetes-native scaling tooling.
• Experience with GCP infrastructure alongside AWS in a multi-cloud environment.
• Building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling for cost optimization or anomaly detection.
• Contributing to multi-region architecture including data residency and regional failover.
