What you will do

  • Execute briefs into static and animated assets for multiple platforms and sizes, ensuring correct dimensions, formats, and file weights.
  • Create motion assets like GIFs, short videos, and HTML5, including lo-fi UGC-style executions.
  • Deliver rapid iterations based on feedback and communicate issues with briefs proactively.
  • Apply performance insights to suggest alternatives that drive conversions.
  • Organize and deliver assets in structured folders for client review.

Requirements

  • 6+ years designing digital ad creative specifically for paid media across platforms
  • Portfolio demonstrating platform-specific ad work for multiple brands
  • Knowledge of current file size limits, aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1), and placements for Meta, Google Display, TikTok
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Ability to work independently from brief to delivery without hand-holding

Nice to have

  • Experience at performance marketing agency or DTC brand measuring ROAS, CTR, CPA
  • Strong visual hierarchy for scroll-stop and click-through
  • UGC-style creative production and motion skills for TikTok/Reels
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools
  • Workflow improvement experience
