TL;DR

Performance Creative Designer (CRO): Designing high-performing visual assets and landing pages for B2B SaaS and enterprise brands with an accent on data-driven design and A/B testing. What you will do

  • Craft data-backed design assets and landing pages to improve digital marketing KPIs.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to validate design decisions.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance creative and CRO.
  • 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
  • Must permanently reside in Canada and have current work authorization.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and heatmapping.

  • Active interest in how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
