What you will do

• Inspect, adjust, repair, or replace defective parts in packaging machinery and equipment
• Assemble and install processing equipment with knowledge of electrical systems
• Perform troubleshooting, service, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and overhauls
• Optimize safety, efficiency, and reliability through continuous improvement and PM schedules
• Instruct apprentices and supervise on-site contractors for compliance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, audits, and inspections

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge including power systems, pneumatics, motors, and electrical systems
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of packaging equipment
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards, HACCP, BRC, Organics, and company policies
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
