What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, supporting onboarding, trade flows, and issue resolution.
• Execute core workflows including mint/redemption processing, reconciliations, and AML/transaction monitoring.
• Codify operational practices into auditable policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Legal on risk assessments, governance reporting, and audit readiness.
• Contribute to system and process design to ensure operational integrity and audit trails.
• Identify and mitigate non-quantitative risks while maintaining structured risk registers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, compliance, internal audit, or risk within a regulated financial institution.
• Must be based in the Americas (excluding the US) or Asia.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience or strong interest in crypto, tokenized finance, or digital assets.
• Strong capability in writing and maintaining formal documentation and control frameworks.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across product and engineering teams.
