What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations across various entities and regions.
• Support month-end close processes to improve timelines and accuracy.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost center, and/or multi-currency structures.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Must be based in Cyprus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
