Job Opportunity: Head of Dealing / Assistant Dealer

About the Role

Head of Dealing or Assistant Dealer role for a regulated CFD/FX broker. 3-5 years experience in a regulated dealing desk required. On-site in Cyprus or fully remote.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a dealing desk role within a regulated CFD or FX brokerage
• Strong knowledge of FX, CFD, and derivatives order execution, pricing, and risk management
• Experience with MT4/MT5 dealing modules, risk management tools, and liquidity bridge operations
• Understanding of A-book/B-book models and hybrid execution strategies
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing dealing operations (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent)
• Ability to monitor and manage open positions, exposure, and market risk in real time
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-moving market conditions
• Senior candidates may be considered for Head of Dealing; junior-to-mid profiles for Assistant Dealer

Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee client orders across FX and CFD instruments
• Monitor dealing desk operations, market exposure, and open position risk in real time
• Manage liquidity provider relationships and ensure best execution standards are met
• Operate and configure MT4/MT5 dealing and risk management tools
• Prepare daily dealing reports and P&L summaries for senior management
• Ensure all dealing activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• For Head of Dealing: lead and supervise the dealing team, set internal dealing policies, and report to C-suite
