What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for O2C and P2C workstreams, from discovery and design to deployment and hypercare.
• Act as the techno-functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS modules including Order Management, Pricing, Project Costing, and Revenue Management.
• Define and optimize project lifecycle processes, including budgeting, forecasting, capitalization, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to design scalable systems for complex commercial models.
• Oversee data migration strategies and cutover plans to minimize risk to financial close and order processing.
• Integrate emerging technologies, such as Generative and Agentic AI, to enhance automation and analytics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT/ERP experience with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
• 10+ years of hands-on O2C experience and 7+ years of Project Accounting / P2C experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (4 days/week onsite) in Fremont, California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformation programs and managing cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Certifications such as PMP, CPA, Six Sigma, or Oracle vendor credentials.
• Hands-on configuration experience in both Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS.
