TL;DR

IT Site Lead (Government IT): Leading all IT operations for CASCOM G-6 IT Support Services with an accent on enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and Government coordination. Focus on managing multi-functional teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and overseeing NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments.

Location: On-Site at Fort Lee, VA. Active Secret Clearance is strictly required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract operations and Government coordination with COR/KO.
• Lead day-to-day operations across Service Desk, Server Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, and AV/VTC.
• Ensure 100% compliance with PWS requirements, AQLs, and DoD/Army policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution for a multi-functional team of 20–40+ personnel.
• Oversee cybersecurity compliance, system accreditation, and configuration management.
• Develop performance metrics and deliver strategic briefings to Government leadership.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 8+ years of experience managing IT operations in DoD or enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management supporting federal contracts.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with training systems or classroom technology environments.
