What you will do

• Implement end-to-end product features across Android applications and Kotlin Spring Boot backend.
• Develop and maintain scalable Android applications and backend microservices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client, cloud, and vehicle stack teams to build integrated solutions.
• Partner with design and product teams to create intuitive and efficient rider experiences.
• Solve real-world ride-hailing challenges through fullstack ownership of features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development using Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining backend services, specifically with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and streaming technologies such as WebSockets.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience contributing to both mobile and backend codebases.
• Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for sharing business logic.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI development tools to accelerate workflows.
