What you will do

• Lead strategic QA initiatives and define standardized frameworks for a diverse portfolio of game titles.
• Implement testing KPIs, reporting standards, and iterate on the design of the QA Operating System.
• Manage external QA partners, including budget oversight and performance optimization.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI-driven testing to transform QA workflows.
• Foster a culture of ownership and build QA communities of practice for professional growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to communicate risks and successes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a game development environment with proven management experience.
• Proven experience working on games as a live service, including DevOps QA and/or LiveOps QA.
• Ability to manage complex project portfolios and drive impact through influence.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and QA best practices.
• Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and build distribution management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with senior management.
