What you will do

• Test and validate configuration changes within sprint cycles to ensure tickets meet functional expectations.
• Perform manual feature testing and end-to-end workflow validation across configured scenarios.
• Execute and analyze automated regression test results to identify configuration-related issues.
• Document and communicate defects or unexpected behaviors related to configuration logic.
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists, Professional Services, and Product teams to resolve defects.
• Manage QA sign-off for configuration tickets and maintain validation evidence in JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, configuration QA, or validation roles within a software delivery environment.
• Strong analytical skills to test and reason about configuration logic, rules, and expressions.
• Proficiency in manual feature testing and end-to-end workflow testing.
• Exposure to executing and analyzing results from automated regression testing.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
