What you will do

• Own competitor intelligence for core verticals including swap, DEX aggregation, earn, and staking.
• Monitor on-chain activity across EVM chains (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum) to identify strategic trends.
• Translate crypto market discourse and emerging narratives into actionable data questions.
• Build dashboards and analyses that link on-chain signals to product context.
• Collaborate with the internal data team to enrich metrics with ecosystem-level perspectives.
• Brief leadership on significant on-chain developments using clear, non-technical narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in crypto or Web3 analytics.
• Strong SQL skills applied to raw blockchain data.
• Proficiency with blockchain analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics, Flipside Crypto, Nansen, or Token Terminal.
• Solid understanding of EVM chain mechanics.
• Ability to present examples of past analytical work.
• Must have the right to work for the country you are based.

Nice to have

• Python for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with DEX mechanics, staking protocol economics, or bridge infrastructure.
• Experience contributing to multiple protocols as a contractor.
• Exposure to indexing infrastructure like TheGraph, Alchemy, or Infura.
