What you will do

• Lead a team of data analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers and scientists.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership to provide insights influencing channel strategy and budget decisions.
• Translate marketing logic for SEO, CRM, and Performance Marketing into technical analytical requirements.
• Collaborate on tracking, event design, and data flows to ensure data quality and reporting reliability.
• Contribute as an individual contributor (approx. 50% initially) while managing the team.
• Recruit top talent and establish goals for the professional development of your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Customer Analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in attribution, cost and revenue allocation, or bidding.
• Proven people management experience in a leadership role.
• Experience communicating complex findings to executive stakeholders and senior decision makers.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable analytical insights.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Munich, Germany.
