Site Reliability Engineer (AWS/Infrastructure): Ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of backend services with an accent on automation and cloud infrastructure optimization. Focus on developing internal systems, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing robust monitoring and alerting for distributed systems.

Location: Hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Develop automation and implement internal systems to enhance platform resilience and scalability.
• Participate in architectural discussions to select the best long-term technical solutions.
• Tune existing systems to improve reliability, availability, and reduce operational costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production system issues to maintain service stability.
• Implement and manage measurement, monitoring, and alerting systems for all main services.
• Participate in on-call activities for critical infrastructure within a no-blaming culture.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Linux troubleshooting, including networking, filesystems, security, and the kernel.
• Solid understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically EC2 and EKS.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and speed.
