Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure alongside on-premise systems.
• Support and maintain Linux environments.
• Administer and customize Atlassian Jira and Confluence for team workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate on network operations with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, site connectivity, and SD-WAN.
• Design networks, allocate subnets for new facilities, and handle monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, cloud platforms, and applications.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux.
• Hands-on with configuration management (Ansible preferred), complemented by Terraform and Proxmox.
• Experience with Ceph and/or Kubernetes.
• Strong customer-facing orientation.
