What you will do

• Develop and execute system-level test strategies, plans, and verification artifacts for space and ground systems.
• Coordinate test activities across multiple vendors, engineering teams, and government stakeholders in a secure DoD environment.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, cybersecurity, and end-to-end mission system testing.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts integrated into a DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage the Integrated Master Test Schedule (IMTS) for DT/OT events and integration milestones.
• Identify and track system anomalies, leading root cause analyses and coordinating resolution across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• 8+ years of general work experience and 4+ years in complex enterprise IT system testing and integration.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
• Proficiency in authoring comprehensive test plans and leading the execution of complex test campaigns.
• Experience designing or executing test automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of requirements analysis, verification methodologies, and the Systems Engineering V model.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with space mission systems or enterprise satellite ground architectures.
• DoD 8570 certifications, such as Security+.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with secure, air-gapped environments and automated software deployments.
