Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: $480 per month (including night shift allowance)

What you will do
- Review and triage incoming Art, Ops, Admin, and Sales requests to ensure they are routed to the correct owner.
- Analyze requests for missing information or potential blockers to prevent operational delays.
- Handle administrative order edits and support tasks using internal tools and workflows.
- Provide support to the Sales team via Freshchat to ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Document all actions taken on tickets with clear notes and screenshots for transparency.
- Escalate complex issues outside of the Triage scope to the appropriate specialized teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, CX, support, or admin (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new CRMs and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and video-chat capabilities.
