What you will do
- Review and prioritize service requests to ensure efficient operations.
- Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skill set, urgency, and availability.
- Coordinate technician schedules and track estimated arrival times for service calls.
- Manage parts availability and source necessary components from various locations.
- Communicate with US-based teams via phone, email, and chat to provide updates.
- Document all actions and updates in corporate systems to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- English proficiency for daily communication with international teams.
- Strong motivation to learn and a curious mindset.
- Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Basic aptitude for time and task management.
