What you will do

• Review and prioritize service requests to ensure efficient operations.
• Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skill set, urgency, and availability.
• Coordinate technician schedules and track estimated arrival times for service calls.
• Manage parts availability and source necessary components from various locations.
• Communicate with US-based teams via phone, email, and chat to provide updates.
• Document all actions and updates in corporate systems to maintain accurate records.
