What you will do

• Develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for clients in Austria.
• Manage daily operations and planning, serving as the first point of contact for customers, carriers, and workshops.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across invoicing, hardware, and charging.
• Analyze, optimize, and report performance to ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Handle and resolve customer requests and provide go-live support for deployment projects.
• Support account managers with back-office tasks and conduct on-site customer visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics, or a successful apprenticeship (e.g., HAK).
• Fluency in German and English (writing and speaking skills).
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the greater areas of Linz, Salzburg, or St. Pölten (Upper Austria region).
• Strong organizational skills with a service, solution-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to act independently, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-scaling environment.
