What you will do

• Manage and support day-to-day operations within an assigned market to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners.
• Coordinate driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and strict compliance with requirements.
• Develop strategic plans to help drivers increase their trip volume.
• Monitor market performance and execute operational tasks to reach monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations support and/or management.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong experience in client management, handling both customers and partners.
• Highly tech-savvy and proficient with digital tools and systems.
• Willingness to work remotely on the US Eastern Time (ET) schedule.
• Based in one of the supported LATAM countries.
