TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (Crypto): Partner with sales on technical evaluations, demos, and integrations for APAC prospects with an accent on crypto payments infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, and smart routing capabilities. Focus on leading architecture discussions, guiding customer engineering through production launches, troubleshooting issues, and driving post-launch adoption and optimization.

Location: APAC (remote), based in Singapore. Core overlap with US team in morning SGT / evening US PT.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on technical evaluations, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts for APAC prospects.
• Lead demos, architecture discussions, and solution designs mapping hirify.global APIs and SDKs to customer use cases.
• Guide customer teams through SDK/API integrations from sandbox to production.
• Own technical implementation, reviews, and milestone tracking for APAC accounts.
• Provide first-line technical triage and troubleshooting for customer issues using Datadog and Amplitude.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and feed insights back to Product/Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles, with crypto/blockchain experience.
• Crypto-native: deep understanding of wallets, on/off-ramps, stablecoins, DEXs, bridges, custodial/non-custodial.
• Hands-on with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, RESTful integrations; built and debugged them.
• Experience running demos and architecture discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Clear communicator able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-directed for high-autonomy in APAC as sole founding resource; familiarity with observability tools.
• Experience in APAC crypto ecosystem and working across timezones.
