What you will do

• Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions.
• Run hands-on early-stage initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and first-of-kind projects to validate feasibility and accelerate development.
• Provide education, enablement, workshops, and best practice sharing on AI in product development and deployment.
• Advise on AI pilots, champion responsible AI principles, and connect business and technical teams.
• Track emerging AI trends, architectures, and integration protocols, translating them into practical insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or influencing initiatives across product, business, or technical domains.
• Ability to balance strategic enablement with hands-on technical support.
• Familiarity with AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Google AI Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of core AI concepts: large language models, ML workflows, prompt engineering.
• Awareness of AI architectural patterns, emerging standards like MCP and A2A, data governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences; experience in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Ability to contribute to AI proofs-of-concept (e.g., building ML models, prompt testing, APIs).
• Experience bridging business and technical teams in multi-unit or multi-national settings.
• Thought leadership via blogs, talks, or knowledge-sharing on AI adoption.
