TL;DR

Global Process Rollout Lead: Support the rollout of global business processes across hirify.global’s application landscape with an accent on process presentation, stakeholder enablement, and gap identification. Focus on leading walkthroughs, coordinating trainings, preparing governance discussions, and ensuring adoption across teams, markets, and systems.

Location: Based at headquarters in Stockholm; must be eligible to work in Sweden

What you will do

  • Present and explain target processes to business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead process walkthroughs, rollout sessions, and business-facing presentations
  • Identify, structure, and present process gaps, deviations, and mismatches for Change Control Board
  • Coordinate handover of approved changes to development and product teams
  • Own training activities, documentation, and rollout guides for business readiness
  • Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of rollout methods

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Sweden
  • Experience in process rollout, business process implementation, or change management
  • Strong ability to understand, structure, and communicate end-to-end business processes
  • Experience working across business and IT in complex systems environments
  • Experience leading workshops, presentations, or trainings
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong documentation skills and structured, proactive approach

Nice to have

  • Experience with end-to-end processes like lead-to-cash, order-to-cash, CPQ, or support & case management
  • Work in complex systems (CRM, ERP, customer service platforms, integrations)
  • Salesforce (CRM) and Business Central (ERP)
