What you will do

• Perform a split role: 50% Scrum Master leading a team of 6 developers and 50% active Java backend developer.
• Develop and maintain vehicle data services within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate in a DevOps environment working in two-week sprints and ten-week program increments.
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Facilitate Agile processes using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Proven track record in Scrum Master or team lead roles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, with a focus on Serverless architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, Unix/Linux, and GitHub.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry and connectivity.
• Knowledge of software scalability and load testing.
• Familiarity with CDK, Code Pipelines, Docker, and application profiling.
